1. Acceptance
By using CareLink you agree to these terms. CareLink is a Canadian healthcare staffing marketplace connecting care facilities, agencies, workers, and families.
2. Data & Privacy
All data is stored in Canada in compliance with PIPEDA. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for posting accurate shift information, approving timesheets within 5 business days, and maintaining up-to-date facility information.
4. Worker Responsibilities
Workers must maintain valid credentials, check in via GPS within the geofence, and provide accurate timesheet records.
5. Payments
CareLink charges a platform fee on completed shifts. Payouts are processed within 5 business days of timesheet approval via Stripe.
