Our Commitment
CareLink is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Conformance Status
CareLink aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This platform is partially conformant as we continue to implement accessibility improvements across all surfaces.
Technical Specifications
CareLink relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA. These technologies are relied upon for conformance.
Known Limitations
Full French language support is in development and will be available in a future release. We are committed to bilingual access under AODA requirements.
